The New Spider-Man Has Not Even Hit Theaters Yet, but the Date for the Sequel Has Already Been Set

The first film in the franchise reboot starring Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker and Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy will hit theaters on July 3, 2012. Any Sony Pictures has so much confidence in this one because of the early buzz it has generated (you can see the trailer at this link), that they have already put the sequel on their schedule.
