FOX's Steven Spielberg produced time travel/dinosaur epic will conclude its first season right before Christmas on Monday December 19th. And that finale will be in the form of a two-hour episode. The first season of
Terra Nova was capped by FOX at thirteen episodes (ruling out an option of a back nine eps) because of the cost of the production. Whether the show will return for a second season next year depends on its ratings performance between now and then.
